LEAD or GREED?

Ever wonder where those “TOP QUALITY” leads most of us purchase come from? Some of them are tricked into it by incentives, but a much higher percentage come from “GREED” orientated advertisements. I know you’ve seen the TV adds for “ www.getrichplease.com” or others like it.

Those ads show a handful of people who claim to be making thousands of dollars a month with a “Home Based Business”. Nowhere in the add do they ever mention ANY type of product, they just preach greed and hype. Do you really want to talk to the kind of people who respond to those greed based TV adds? I know I don’t. Those people are defiantly looking for a “get rich quick” opportunity and even if you managed to sign them up you’ll never keep them.

It’s no wonder this industry has such a high failure rate. Let me ask you this, is your companies product in such low demand that you need to resort to trickery and greed based hype to get someone interested? If you answered “NO” then you must create your own leads by ATTRACTING CUSTOMERS and turning a small percentage of those customers into reps. Network Marketing: MLM Success by promoting your product “BENEFIT”

I’ve been working with a number of folks lately, some in my downline and some in other MLM opportunities. Something I’ve noticed is most people marketing MLM online are just regurgitating their companies product “ Sales Pitch”.on their site.

They seem to be far too focused on “Features” not “Benefits”. For MLM success we must promote the “Benefits” of our products. What’s the difference many ask. A benefit is what the products “DO FOR ME” its what keeps you going back and buying more. Marketing MLM product benefits is simply explaining how the product has solved a problem or made your life better.

Use your site to tell potential customers how your product has made your life better as a result of using it. Present them with a problem they may have and how your product can solve that problem.

.Here is a perfect example:
Most of you marketing your MLM opportunity have a big problem, not enough leads and MLM opt-in leads are costing you an arm and a leg. I was in the same boat a while back but I found a cure for both problems. I used an e-book called Magnetic Sponsoring, it taught me how to create lots of MLM leads for FREE, it worked for me and I’m sure it will work for you . It can solve both your problems. Network Marketing: Find your TARGET or your doomed.

I am working hard to finish the “HOW TO” series on setting up your blog. While I am working on that, here is some very important information. This is the reason I feel it is so important to choose your keywords carefuly.

Here are two words that you must understand to succeed with ANY home business “TARGET MARKET.” Your MLM/ Network Marketing business is MARKETING. Without a firm understanding of who “wants” and will benefit most from your product or service you’re shooting in the dark. I’ve heard the sales pitch from countless MLM’s telling me “everybody needs this product, everybody”. Well that’s all fine and dandy but take this into consideration. I “need” to quit smoking, but I don’t, because I don’t WANT to quit smoking.

So if you call me up and try to sell me a product that helps me quit smoking, your barking up the wrong tree, I don’t WANT that product even though I my NEED it. Your job as a Network Marketer is to clearly define who “wants” the product or service you provide. The people who want your product are your “Target Market”. It’s so sad to see a newcomer to Network Marketing go blasting out into the world thinking people will line up, cash in hand because “everybody needs this product”. Network Marketing:What the heck is a “Funded Proposal Retail System”

What is a Funded proposal retail system? In very brief terms it is offering something retail at low cost to fund your advertising campaign. A perfect example of how this works is explained in great detail by Mike Dillard. Mike’s e-book Magnetic Sponsoring is the best written piece on this subject I’ve ever run across. Network marketing/MLM is a numbers game, with a funded proposal you will generate FAR more leads than you could buy.

Network Marketing:Are opt-in lead companies scams?

A short post, but I get asked all the time “ What is the best lead company out there?”
Well here it goes, based on my personal experience, purchased leads of any kind, are a total waste of money. I think 99% are scams, the only people they work for are the “Born Salesman”. For the average networker like me they are useless. I’m beside myself trying to figure out why so many Network Marketing /MLM’s base most of their “Training” on working with that type of lead.

Working with opportunity seeker type leads is what I call “Sucker Hunting”. If your anything like me, sucker hunting “LEADS” to two things, an empty wallet and an empty feeling in your gut. The best leads money can buy are the ones you create yourself by marketing your product. If your product is difficult to market on its own, a Funded Proposal Retail System is the next best thing. Network Marketing: Branding, What it is and why you need it.

I want to give you an example of branding. No not what a farmer does to his cows, but how to “BRAND you. In real simple terms “BRANDING” is letting the world know who you are and give them some type of mental picture to associate you with. Remember network marketing/MLM is about building relationships.

All this site is about, is letting you get to know me, and having a mental picture of Joe Dynarski. This is how I begin to form a relationship with my prospects and “BRAND” Joe Dynarski.

Network Marketing: What is “Positioning”?

I want to talk about a word that is critical to success in network marketing/ MLM or ANY home business. Its funny I’ve never heard this word from any opportunity I’ve ever joined. It cannot be accomplished with those replicated sites given out by your opportunity.

The word is” POSITIONING”, and I’m not talking about the bedroom either. Positioning is establishing a relationship with a customer based on your knowledge or experience, regarding something they need and positioning yourself in their pathway to fulfillment. This can only be accomplished with your own personal website .

To market effectively you need to be perceived as and expert in your field of interest and LEAD the customer to your product or service. Having nothing more than your name and contact info on a replicated sales site is not positioning. Replicated network marketing/MLM sites are sales pitches and nothing more. They do nothing to let the person viewing the site know YOU are an expert on that subject.

Network Marketing:WHAT IS A LEADER

Leadership, what is it? I’m sure you’ve been told many many times “ to succeed in a Network Marketing/MLM business you must become a leader” I really struggled with this concept , mainly because I wasn’t sure what it meant to be a “LEADER”. Early in my networking career, I saw a leader as someone who was able to get up in front of a room full of people and “PITCH” the opportunity. Or a drill instructor that barks out orders to their troops. My view was totally off track.

Becoming a leader with your network marketing business is nothing more than teaching.. Showing someone how to do something by example is leading. Even the most, shy person in the world can be a leader. Never in a million years could you get me in front of a crowd to present my business, or make endless cold sales calls. I’m to shy for that.

I can however, teach very effectively one on one, I share information and DO what I preach. True leaders motivate by example By creating my own personal website, letting people know who I am and what I’m doing, I attract people to me. Teaching others to do the same has made me a leader. In network marketing, duplication and leverage are created by teaching, not slick talking crowds or barking orders.

Network Marketing training: Are e-books worth the price?

Let me start by saying, I get asked this question over and over. I always answer with a resounding YES, in fact the information in the e-books I recommend I feel is WAY UNDERPRICED. Why? A perfect example is this, my niece just graduated from a community collage with an associates degree in marketing.

This degree took her 2 years and around $13,000 to complete. I recently asked her how to set-up and run a Google Adwords add campaign; she had NO CLUE how to do it. This is sad don’t you think? Here’s the good news, for less than $100, a person can learn STEP by STEP how to run profitable adwordcampaigns complete with sample adds from an E-Book.

The reason for this, the e-books are very technique specific, they give nuts & bolts specifics on the subjects they contain. Being successful at network marketing or ANY marketing on the internet requires proper education. I feel e-books and internet training courses are the most cost effective way of learning internet marketing. E-books can teach very effectivly how to draw leads too you. I wasted the better part of $10,000 and 3 years on “FREE” training and bad advise form my network marketing sponsors, trying to “figure it out”.

Hindsight is always 20/20 and I wish now I had invested in proper training at the beginning. Please take my advice and invest in yourself, get educated on how to market the right way. If your network marketing/mlm free training is primarily focusing on recruiting your shooting yourself in the foot listening to them. They are not teaching sound marketing, they are teaching you how to “sucker hunt”.

Learning how to attract leads to you is just simple marketing. Anyone yes Anyone can learn it. You may want to take a good look at the “Recomended Reading” links I’ve provided. Those books have completly changed how I approach network marketing on the internet. I strongly feel they will help you as well.
