Teaching NETWORKER’S online MARKETING.

Leadership, what is it? I’m sure you’ve been told many many times “ to succeed in a Network Marketing/MLM business you must become a leader” I really struggled with this concept , mainly because I wasn’t sure what it meant to be a “LEADER”. Early in my networking career, I saw a leader as someone who was able to get up in front of a room full of people and “PITCH” the opportunity. Or a drill instructor that barks out orders to their troops. My view was totally off track.

Becoming a leader with your network marketing business is nothing more than teaching.. Showing someone how to do something by example is leading. Even the most, shy person in the world can be a leader. Never in a million years could you get me in front of a crowd to present my business, or make endless cold sales calls. I’m to shy for that.

I can however, teach very effectively one on one, I share information and DO what I preach. True leaders motivate by example By creating my own personal website, letting people know who I am and what I’m doing, I attract people to me. Teaching others to do the same has made me a leader. In network marketing, duplication and leverage are created by teaching, not slick talking crowds or barking orders.
