Network Marketing:Having the best tools is useless if you don’t know how to use them.

tools1.jpgIt’s Joe again and I’m back on my soapbox. This time I want to talk about TOOLS. If you’ve read my Bio you know I come from the construction industry.

I’m a journeyman concrete finisher. The company I worked for had the finest concrete tools money could buy. Everything was top of the line, state of the art. These tools allowed the experienced finisher to do the best possible job in the shortest amount of time.

Here’s the funny part, to someone with no concrete experience those same tools were totally useless. For those tools to be of any value, a person must be trained how to use them.

It’s a backward approach. I’ll give you an example of how insane the current “accepted” method of “Training” is in this industry.

Nearly everyone at one time or another has sold a used car so I’ll use it for this example. How did we sell that used car? It was pretty simple, put an add in the local newspaper, list the Make Model, Year a few features and the price lets say $1000 At the bottom we gave a phone number where we could be reached.
